How to Return or Exchange an Item on Kembromart:
If you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to return  your order depending on the seller’s policies. To request a return, or exchange item contact the seller directly. If you are not able to resolve your return dispute with seller, you may request Kembromart to intervene. All products sold on Kembromart are sold by independent sellers. Use the following steps to begin a request process: 

  • Login into your account page
  • Go to the order that you want to return
  • Click on view order.
  • Click on the vendor name to take you to the seller’s shop.
  • Compose and send vendor an email requesting for a return. Make sure to include order number and item name in your email.
  • Click on send
  • When the seller receives your request for a return or exchange. Returns will be processed and you will receive an email from the vendor on how to return the item. Refund takes 5-10 business days to complete. When a refund is process and issued, you will receive your refund to the card used in purchasing the order.

    Note: Sellers aren’t required to accept a return or exchange unless stated in their shop policies. However, Kembromart.com ensures that all buyers buyers are protected. Before purchasing an item review seller’s returns policy.

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from by contacting the seller following the instructions the seller will issue. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
