Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your bank account in your currency, no matter how or from where the buyers pays from.
How does Kembromart Protects sellers?
Seller protection is a program that offers you peace of mind in the event of a transaction dispute. If you are unable to resolve a disagreement with a buyer and the transaction meets eligibbility requirements, Kembromart help you resolve the issue through our dispute resolution system. The resolution system is a platform for buyers and sellers to work together to resolve concerns about orders. If you and buyer are unable to settle the issue on your own, the buyer can ask an Kembromart customer support specialist to step in and mediate the case.
The customer specialist overseeing the case will determine if the order and your shop qualify for seller protection. It is important that you respond to Kembromart requests for information in the case log within the time frame given by Kembromart to prevent action from being taken on your account.
After our customer specialist has reviewed the dispute, they will either provide you with specific directions to resolve the disput or may issue a refund for the order if you have not complied with Kembromart’s policies.
